6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Due to the nature of skincare products, opened or used products may not be eligible for return unless the product is received damaged or defective. Return or refund requests must be raised within 15 (fifteen) days of delivery. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7 (seven) business days of approval.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Mumbai, India. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement of the parties. The language of arbitration shall be English. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding. Nothing herein shall prevent a party from seeking urgent interim relief from a competent court.

10. Grievance Redressal Officer

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, Rituva has designated a Grievance Officer to address consumer complaints and grievances.

All grievances shall be acknowledged within 48 (forty-eight) hours and resolved within 30 (thirty) days of receipt. If unresolved, consumers may approach the National Consumer Helpline or file a complaint on the NCDRC portal.
